We understand you don’t need any unpleasant surprises when you get your invoice. That is why we are upfront and open about our pricing.


We will also keep you up to date throughout our service. We charge on an hourly rate basis, unless you are on a package or agreed rate with us.

Offsite Support

All the work we do for you in our own office is charged at $88/hr. The minimum charge is half an hour ($44) unless otherwise agreed. This includes design work, although we are more than happy to quote you an agreed total fee per project. We also offer fixed price servicing.

Onsite Support

When we come to you, the call-out is $65 which includes the first half hour of work. After that, our hourly rate of $88/hr applies. If you are more than 5km outside Young we provide on-site support at our discretion and we may also charge you travel ($2/km, one way).

Remote Support

For existing customers, we offer the option of remote support where this is possible. This is charged at $88/hr (minimum 1 hour pre-paid, to be used in 15 min increments)

We often provide a certain amount of remote support for free as after-care.

Our service promise:

 we only charge you for the time we actually work on your computer, not for the time it is scanning

for complex and lengthy repairs, we cap our service rate at 3 hours (*offsite only)

 if you have any concerns afterwards directly related to the repair, we’ll help you out for free
